Marc
Marc started his career as a salon junior, has 20+ years of experience under his belt and is one of our three salon owners. As a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, for ladies cutting and styling, Marc has worked for salons in Crawley, East Grinstead, and Reigate. As one of our amazing style directors, he also specialises in men’s cutting and enjoys being a great salon educator.

Adam
Having learnt the ropes at RUSH before becoming a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, Adam is now a talented top stylist and one of our salon owners. After working in the industry for many years, across the south east, he's specialised in all cutting techniques for both men and women.

Ross
After starting as a salon junior over 20 years ago, Ross is now a skilful stylist and one of our three salon owners. Also fully Toni&Guy trained in both ladies’ and mens' hairdressing, Ross has worked in Crawley, Brighton, and seen great success in his other busy salon prior to co-creating Marc Pearl.

Senior technician
Stacey
With over 20 years of hairdressing experience, Stacey is a colour specialist. Trained by both Toni&Guy and Wella, she has previously worked as a senior colour technician before joining the Marc Pearl team. With certificates in colour foundation, colour correction, creative colour, Balayage and Ombré training, she provides our clients with a wide range of exceptional colouring services.

Abbie
Abbie has been hairdressing since 2013, having trained at the Look Fantastic training academy and mentored by a Redken Colour Artist. Whilst specialising in colour, she's fully trained and talented in all aspects of hairdressing, including micro-ring, nano-ring and copper tube hair extensions.

Hanna
​With over ten years of industry experience, Hanna's proved very popular since starting with Marc Pearl in 2023.
Specialising in all aspects of colour, but with a particular passion for all things blonde and balayaged, you're in for a treat.

Graduate Stylist
Ruby
"Rubes" joined us as our Saturday girl in late 2021 and, since smashing her GCSEs, became the first official Marc Pearl protégé.
In late 2024 Ruby aced the Level 2 NVQ and is now taking specialist courses and progressing on to a Level 3 NVQ.

Ellie
Our Ellie is currently on a jaunt around South East Asia and Australia for the foreseeable.

Margaret has been supervising lunch at the salon since its early days. She can hear a Greggs bag open through walls and smell chicken from six miles away.
