Marc started his career as a salon junior, has 20+ years of experience under his belt and is one of our three salon owners. As a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, for ladies cutting and styling, Marc has worked for salons in Crawley, East Grinstead, and Reigate.  As one of our amazing style directors, he also specialises in men’s cutting and enjoys being a great salon educator.​

Having learnt the ropes at RUSH before becoming a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, Adam is now a talented top stylist and one of our salon owners. After working in the industry for many years, across the south east, he's specialised in all cutting techniques for both men and women.​

After starting as a salon junior over 20 years ago, Ross is now a skilful stylist and one of our three salon owners. Also fully Toni&Guy trained in both ladies’ and mens' hairdressing, Ross has worked in Crawley, Brighton, and seen great success in his other busy salon prior to co-creating Marc Pearl.​

Over ten years of salon experience, having started her career with RUSH Hair and perfecting her talent on the floors of Marc Pearl.

Has recently spent a year travelling around south east Asia and Australia, so expect some cracking stories and travel advice.

Our very talented junior/graduate stylist, Georgia, joined Marc Pearl Hairdressing in the latter half of 2025 and immediately became one of the gang.

Particularly adept at big bouncy 'blowouts', currently smashing through her NVQ level 3 and simultaneously gaining her own client fanbase.​

Margaret has been supervising lunch at the salon since its early days. She can hear a Greggs bag open through walls and smell chicken from six miles away.​

Marc Pearl are currently seeking an experienced, full or part time, colour technician/stylist to thrive alongside our busy, close knit team.
