Marc
Marc started his career as a salon junior, has 20 years of experience under his belt and is one of our three salon owners. As a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, for ladies cutting and styling, Marc has worked for salons in Crawley, East Grinstead, and Reigate. As one of our amazing style directors, he also specialises in men’s cutting and enjoys being a great salon educator.

Adam
Having learnt the ropes at RUSH before becoming a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, Adam is now a talented top stylist and one of our salon owners. After working in the industry for nine years in both Crawley and East Grinstead, he specialises in all cutting techniques for both men and women.

Ross
After starting as a salon junior over 20 years ago, Ross is now a skilful stylist and one of our three salon owners. Also fully Toni&Guy trained in both ladies’ and mens' hairdressing, Ross has worked in Crawley, Brighton, and seen great success in his other busy salon prior to co-creating Marc Pearl.

Stacey
With over 18 years of hairdressing experience, Stacey is a colour specialist. Trained by both Toni&Guy and Wella, she has previously worked as a senior colour technician before joining the Marc Pearl team. With certificates in colour foundation, colour correction, creative colour, Balayage and Ombré training, she provides our clients with a wide range of exceptional colouring services.

Style director
Milly
Milly is one of our talented creative directors who has over 10 years of salon experience. During her career, she has completed a plethora of Toni & Guy training courses including advanced cutting, men's cutting, and hair up. Aside from specialising in bouncy blow dries and beautiful prom and wedding hair, Milly is also Wella trained and available for colour bookings.

Alison
Alison is an "OG" of the same Toni&Guy as Marc, Ross, Adam and Russell.
Having trained intensively in all areas of hairdressing she is now bringing her expertise to Marc Pearl. She comes very highly regarded by all us all in colouring, but her hair-up is nothing short of wizardry.

Abbie
Abbie has been hairdressing since 2013, having trained at the Look Fantastic training academy and mentored by a Redken Colour Artist. Whilst specialising in colour, she's fully trained and talented in all aspects of hairdressing, including micro-ring, nano-ring and copper tube hair extensions.

Ellie
Ellie has been with us less than a year, but is Marc Pearl through and through.
Many people will know her from her stint with Rush and their loss was our gain due to her clear technical ability.
Aside from being a master of colour, she's also pretty talented with the shears!

Hanna
Hanna is the latest member of the Marc Pearl team, but by no means any less talented!
With over ten years of industry experience, she's no doubt going to prove popular.
Specialising in all aspects of colour, but with a particular passion for all things blonde and balayaged, you're in for a treat.

"Rubes" joined us as our Saturday girl in late 2021 and, since smashing her GCSEs, has now become the first official Marc Pearl protégé.
