Marc started his career as a salon junior at Toni&Guy, has 20+ years of experience under his belt and is one of our three salon owners. Once a fully trained Toni&Guy stylist, in cutting and styling, he thrived and ended up managing their salons in Crawley, East Grinstead, and Reigate. 

As one of our amazing directors, he specialises in both men's and ladies' cutting techniques and enjoys being a great salon educator to the rising stars of Marc Pearl.​

Having originally learnt the ropes at RUSH, Adam turned to Toni&Guy to become a true master at cutting and styling hair within their ranks.

After working in the industry for many years across the south east, he teamed up with Marc and Ross to create the Marc Pearl brand you know and love.

He's well versed in all cutting techniques, for both men and women, but is outrageously good with a set of clippers!

Starting as a salon junior over 25 years ago, Ross is now a skilful stylist and one of our three salon owners. Also fully Toni&Guy trained in both ladies’ and mens' hairdressing, Ross has worked in Crawley, Brighton, and seen great success in his own busy salon prior to co-creating Marc Pearl.​

Like Adam, Ross is particularly adept at high end barbering, so book now fellas!

Our very talented graduate technician and stylist, Georgia, joined Marc Pearl Hairdressing in the latter half of 2025 and immediately became one of the gang.

Particularly adept at big bouncy 'blowouts', currently smashing through her NVQ level 3 whilst simultaneously growing a large fanbase.​

Yet another of those Toni&Guy 'O.G.s'. Russell was an apprentice of the Crawley franchise, alongside Marc and Ross, and subsequently spent many years as one of their top stylists. 

Leaving T&G in 2010, he had a long stint abroad and, upon returning to the area in 2018, teamed back up with the boys, becoming a part of the furniture like a battered old Chesterfield.

Russell is in salon Wednesday to Saturday.

Ben served 25 years with Toni&Guy, mostly as an artistic director in cutting, and was the original franchisee of their Crawley salon (the very place that forged Marc, Adam, Ross and Russell!), before taking his talents up north.

He's thankfully returned south and will be bringing some extra flair to South Road on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Izzy joins us from another prestigious local salon with NVQ level 2 firmly under her belt, whilst currently smashing through her level 3.

She has a talent for all things hair, but particularly revels in elating her clients with her passion and technical ability in all things blonde.

We're excited to have Izzy working alongside us in the salon on Fridays and Saturdays.

Margaret has been supervising lunch at the salon since its early days. She can hear a Greggs bag open through walls and smell chicken from six miles away.​
